It is a virtual directory in IIS points to this directory
The virtual directory does not show up when directory browsing.

App Center requires that directory structure be the same on the source as the target Authoring had the files in D:\eBrochure\IFP so in order to use the AppCenter to sync the files we had to use the same structure.
